INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50gr GROOT chicken cut up
into cubes
1 small tomato finely
chopped

METHOD
Beat the eggs.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Mix the GROOT chicken with
the tomato in a bowl.
Pour the beaten egg into the
pan and allow to set
lightly.
Place the GROOT chicken and
tomato mixer in the center
of the omelette and using a
fish slice fold half the
omelette onto tHe GROOT
mixture.
Cook for a few more minutes
till it sets firmly.
