INGREDIENTS
1 wholemeal bun
1 thick slice Dany chicken
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices of tomato
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup

METHOD
Cook Dany chicken slice on
both sides in a non-stick
pan till pale golden brown.
Cut the bread bun in half
and spread both halves with
tomato ketchup.
Place the cooked Dany
chicken together with the
lettuce and tomato on one
side of the bun.
Cover with the other half of
the bun and serve
immediately.
